Return & Exchange Policy

EADS Industrial Store sells industrial parts (Siemens, ABB, Schneider Electric, Fluke, Honeywell, Rockwell Automation) on a quote-confirmed basis. Before any order is finalized, our team confirms the exact part number and specification directly with the customer via email or phone.

Because orders are confirmed against specific part numbers prior to dispatch, we do not accept general “change of mind” returns.

We accept returns and exchanges only for defective products or items that do not match the confirmed part number/specification.

To request a return or exchange, contact our team within 7 days of delivery at info@eadsestore.com with your reference number and a description of the issue.

Approved returns for defective or incorrect items will be exchanged or refunded at no cost to the customer.
